How do I redeem my Voucher Pack?
Enter the voucher number and validation code from your Voucher Pack into the form on this website and enter your full details to complete your booking request.
My voucher number and validation code haven't been recognised. What do I do?
Please check the details carefully and try again. If you continue to experience problems please contact us
My Voucher Pack has expired. Can I extend it?
If you contact us within six months of your expiry date we are usually able to extend your Voucher Pack for a further three months. An administration fee will be applied.
Can I change my mind after choosing my experience?
Please contact us as soon as possible after submitting your redemption if you need to make any changes. We will always do our best to accommodate any changes but it may not always be possible. In the event of a change an administration fee will be applied.
